I visited Mr Kelly for treatment for my baby son. He was professional and caring and very skilled at his job. He thoroughly and clearly explained everything to myself and my husband and was great with our baby. He is clearly very knowledgable and skilled and we felt very reassured in his care. I would definitely recommend him.

Mr Kelly looked after my daughter. He was very caring and approachable, he was great with my little girl. A fantastic ENT surgeon, I would recommend him to anyone.

Response from Mr Gerard Kelly

Thank you! I think, in dealing with children who are patients, the most important thing is to speak to the patient! First speak to the child (then speak to the parents or carers), the child is the important person in the room! Even if they are very young, asking them what the problems is let's them know that their voice is heard and that they are here to be heard and helped and, quite often, even when very young, they sum up their symptoms and fears better than anyone! I have the upmost confidence in Mr Kelly due to his knowledge, skills and his genuine caring nature. He always listens and shows a highly processional attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend him. My daughter had cholesteatoma and we could not have expected any more of Mr Kelly as he was excellent before, during and after the operation. My daughter still sees him and he always has a personable nature.

I have been a patient of Mr Kelly's for over 14 years now, and I have found him to be fully committed to his profession 100% I see Mr Kelly every few months because of a chronic ear condition, and he is always kind, caring, pleasant, professional and helpful with any problem I may have regarding this ,no matter how busy his workload might be at the time. I would certainly recommend anyone seeking help in Mr Kelly's specialized field without any hesitation. I

Response from Mr Gerard Kelly

Thank you! I think you give away how long I have been in the job! I qualified in 1990 and was appointed to a consultant job on my 34th birthday in 2001. Although I have been in post now for quite some time, I am still learning and improving and developing as a specialist. I work in a team and their support is vital in good quality care.
